Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Training and Placement Coordinator to join our team. The role involves managing the training and placement activities for students and providing career guidance to ensure they are prepared for the job market. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and experience in liaising with industries and companies for recruitment purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with industries, organizations, and companies to arrange campus placements for students.
  • Organize workshops, training sessions, and mock interviews to prepare students for placement.
  • Assist students in resume building, interview preparation, and career counseling.
  • Maintain relationships with corporate recruiters and partners for continued placement opportunities.
  • Monitor student performance during the placement process and offer guidance as needed.
  • Manage the placement data and provide reports to university management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in training, placement, or HR-related roles.
  • Strong communication and networking skills.
  • Ability to organize and manage events effectively.
  • Familiarity with placement software and platforms is a plus.
